Bringing
Technology to Industrial Machinery and Equipment
Taylor's
HPM Division has been a market leader since it debuted the
first domestically built hydraulic injection molding machine.
Together, we from an organization that produces some of the
most technologically advanced machines in the world.
Advanced
Screw Technology
We
are one of the few manufacturing companies that has its own
in-house design, engineering and manufacturing capability
for feed-screws. This allows us to quickly adapt our designs
as new manufacturing practices and materials become viable.
We
have developed advanced designs for processing all types
of materials. Our patented Double Wave, Triple Wave and
ZigZag screws allow for excellent color mixing and accurate
control of melt temperature. Our exclusive feed screw technology
is supported by innovative and patented designs.
Unsurpassed
Engineering
Taylor's
HPM Division is able to meet our customers' unique needs
by deploying our sophisticated engineering department of
over 80 experienced engineers. Our design engineers take
great pride in translating customer application and production
challenges into practical design solutions. From simple concepts
through the most complex designs, Taylor's HPM Division has
the expertise to accommodate your needs through the latest
versions of Parametric Technology’s PRO/Engineer, Applicon’s
BRAVO, IBM’s CATIA, and EDS’ Unigraphics. These
system capabilities are enhanced with the expertise and experience
of some of the industry’s top engineers.
Manufacturing
Engineering
Manufacturing
excellence begins with superb engineering. At Taylor's HPM
Division, our customers get more than world-class equipment.
They also receive state-of-the-art engineering and problem-solving
expertise. Our manufacturing engineering department will
supply you with all the necessary technical and professional
remanufacturing and become an active participant in your
project.
Numerical
control Programming
We
have full 5-axis programming on CATIA, Unigraphics, PRO/Engineer,
and NCL systems. Further, we employ CG Tech’s tool-path
simulation software -- Vericut. This enables verification
of the NC program, prior to release to manufacturing.
Molds
Taylor's
HPM Division can assist you in developing the optimum tooling
concept and ultimately the best possible design required
for thermoplastic and thermoset injection molds, die casting
dies, hot forming dies, extrusion sheet and profile dies,
and specialized turnkey tooling systems.
Taylor's
HPM Division offers fully engineered, high precision, multi-cavity
molds (up to 96) to all segments of the plastic industry.
Hot runner molds, stack molds and multi-material / multi-color
molds are examples of technologies available to our customers.
