We have an inventory of over $80 million of machine tools and $5 million of custom high technology support equipment, which assures speed, efficiency and cost-effectiveness. With over 200 machine tools, HPM can perform horizontal 3-, 4- and 5-axis CNC machining up to 65 feet (19.7 meters) long and vertical CNC turning up to 24 feet (7.3 meters) high.

Our precision manufacturing capabilities offer tolerances as close at +/-.0002 inches (+/-0.005 millimeters) over 80 inches (2 meters). We routinely machine complex surface molds over 25 feet (7.5 meters) in length with surface finishes better that 32 micro-inches (0.8 microns).

Our quality control department is backed by a multi-million-dollar inventory of inspection equipment, from laser calibration to CMM, much of it calibrated at our temperature-controlled facilities.

In accordance with the best manufacturing practices, our facilities are maintained to ensure a clean, efficient and productive manufacturing environment. Our equipment is serviced by a comprehensive preventive maintenance program that is second to none. Equipment accuracy is assured by regular laser calibration, traceable to the U.S. National Bureau of Standards.
